Courtney is an American author, journalist, and freelance content creator. She also regularly contributes to Dubai Eye 103.8 and has appeared on EuroNews and DXB Today. Courtney has spoken at several conferences, including, but not limited to, Gulf Host, Gulfood, and The Restaurant Show, and has worked with several brands such as Louis XIII, Grana Padano, California Wines, and Jacob's Creek, among others.

She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.
