- Emma's love for simple, no-fuss recipes knows no bounds. The versatility of a can of soup will forever amaze her.
- During the pandemic, she tried to recreate delectable dessert recipes from TikTok and Instagram. Achieving the perfect flood with royal icing is her white whale.
- As a self-proclaimed history buff, Emma is fascinated with the food trends of yesteryear. She loves predicting what our food will look like in the future (lab-grown hamburger, anyone?)
Experience
For the last five years, Emma's brain has been stuffed with so many facts about pop culture, world history, lifestyle trends, and health that she dominates at trivia night (respectfully, of course). She earned her wealth of (sometimes pointless) knowledge as a staff writer and later as the Lifestyle and Human Interest section editor for Boredom Therapy, Her Moments, and Eternally Sunny. She's passionate about telling people's stories, and it's extra sweet when those stories involve her favorite foods.
Education
Emma earned her Bachelor's degree in English and creative writing from SUNY Fredonia.
