Experience
Dianne has over a decade's worth of experience as a freelance writer, proofreader, and editor, previously working for various other companies like ZHISHIQ.com and outlets like Blasting News and the now-defunct NY Theatre Guide. Dianne previously co-hosted the pop-culture-focused comedy podcast "Sorry, Just Saw This." She also co-wrote the Throuple or Nothing Productions comedy screenplays "Two Anxious Bisexuals" (which won the audience choice award at the Cannes Short Film Festival, the best short script at Film Invasion LA, and others) and "A Very Queer Holiday" (which was awarded at the LGBTQ Unbordered International Film Festival, the Vienna Film Festival, and more). She has been with Static Media since 2016, starting as a writer and editor for Nicki Swift before moving over to Tasting Table.
Education
After studying music and music history at CUNY Hunter College, Dianne earned her master's degree in musicology at King's College London in 2015, before changing career paths by channeling the knowledge and skills acquired in interdisciplinary academic research into writing on a broader, more mainstream scale.
