Experience
Whilst studying for her English degree, Nicole has worked as a contributing writer for a wide array of publications, specializing in highlighting the local hospitality scene and testing new trends in the industry. In 2022, she took over as editor-in-chief of Bristol-based lifestyle magazine The Croft. She also worked as a wellbeing editor for the digital publication Her Campus, where she focused on promoting the parallels between good food and a good mood. She is currently working as the head of layup for an independent Latin American magazine centered around cultural expression. Additionally, Nicole runs a blog focused on promoting food freedom and body neutrality.
Education
Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Bristol. She also spent a semester studying abroad at Universität Heidelberg in Germany.
