- She grew up in a family of 6 and learned to make fast, filling meals for a crowd. While Michelle is mostly gluten and dairy-free, her sisters are pescatarian and her dad allergic to fish and nuts, so she's also learned to accommodate many diets (and all in one meal!).
- Michelle works as a production baker in Cleveland's largest scratch bakery, making macarons, crepe cakes, buttercream, and cookies.

Michelle is a professional food stylist, photographer, and recipe developer who specializes in home-cooked, rustic, and easy meals. She has experience in commercial food styling with national brands and photographs for local businesses and restauranteurs. While she has roots all over the Midwest, Michelle loves to travel and has visited many countries and much of the US. Michelle's recipes are inspired by her favorite friends and chefs in the industry and utilize trained back of house techniques.
Education
Michelle has a bachelor's degree in fashion design from The Fashion School at Kent State University, located near Cleveland.
