After spending a decade as an executive in the television industry, Hayley left her position as vice president with the Nielsen Company to pursue her interests within the wine industry. She spent ten years writing the wine and spirits column for D Magazine in Dallas, Texas, while running Dallas Uncorked, a successful 501c3 not-for-profit wine education organization. Hayley became the weekly wine contributor for the regional Texas television shows "The Broadcast" and "Texas Daily" in 2012, moving to KXAS-TV/NBC DFW in 2016.
